The MAXICASTER Maritime portfolio is designed to remove the complexity from delivering premium onboard services.

All capabilities are delivered via a scalable global architecture:

MAXICASTER Content Hub

The Content Hub is the engine room of the MAXICASTER service. The environment houses the core building blocks for the delivery of our IPTV and Live TV channels to vessels anywhere in the world.

Housed in dual locations to ensure redundancy, the Content Hub receives, prepares and distributes Live Channels over LEO or Satellite.

Using our intelligent optimisation technologies, streams can be delivered to vessels using up to 50% less bandwidth than traditional methods. This both saves costs for channel delivery and reduces the complexity of managing channels received in ships.

To ensure simplicity of use, the solution includes an intuitive Dashboard allowing operators to manage their fleet at the individual vessel and service level.

MAXICASTER On-Board server/receiver

Single server handling all MAXICASTER IPTV, Live TV delivery and automated bandwidth optimisation capabilities. The 1u server incorporates all software modules allowing operators to tailor the service experience around changing passenger/crew requirements.

Two server options are available:

MAXICASTER RX100: server catering for operators interested in receiving live TV delivery to their existing onboard entertainment system (RX100)
MAXICASTER MX200: server catering for operators interested in leveraging extended modules from the MAXICASTER “onboard entertainment as a service” oSering as well as Live TV channels (MX200)
