The MAXICASTER includes an advanced Content Management System as well as tools to create and manage versatile packages and services tailored to target subscribers. Channels, advanced network recording such as nPVR and Catch-up TV, SVOD libraries and other content types can be easily bundled together to create compelling subscriber offers whilst ensuring content requirements and restrictions are tightly enforced. This capability is fundamental when considering the complexities in a multi-device, multi-network environment.
Business rules can be established to link bundling and up-sell options to the core service based around specific usage criteria (i.e. offering a subscription based sports package once a user watches a pre-determined number of football-related programs in a week). In the same way services and packages can be tied to specific time settings – ideal for establishing service packs around specific events.
MAXICASTER incorporates an automated campaign tool which “houses” the business logic around the formation of services and packages. This tool has been designed to offer flexibility around campaign creation options providing the main operator (and sub-operator) with complete service autonomy.
